Life Well Lived

PEFA Church, Kenya and the family wish to humbly announce the promotion to glory of Bishop Dr. Andrew Kimaro, Deputy General Overseer PEFA Kenya, Regional Overseer Mt. Kenya and Senior Pastor Kiamwangi PEFA Church which occurred in Atlanta Georgia on 9th July 2012. Husband to Pastor Margaret Wanjiru Kimaro, Cherished father of Samuel and Naomi Machira, Armstrong Kabata (USA), John Kimaro (USA), Mercy Wachuka and Ezekiel Kinuthia. Son of the late Machira Kimaro and Mercy Wachuka. Stepson to Esther Wamuyu and Elizabeth Wamuyu and uncle to many.

 

Son-in-law of Charles Karubiu and the late Jael Wanjiku. Brother to the late Rdt. Major Kimaro, Jane Nyarango, Peter Gichuru, Lucy Wachira (Eveready Security), Catherine Mumbi, Kagure, Wamaitha, Mumbi, Wandia, Muriithi, Maina, Wamaitha, late Gathigia, Gitonga, Grandfather to Blessed, Abudance, Liza, Blessings and Andrew.

 

Brother in love to Muthii, Muthoni, Karimi, late Wambui, Kibui, Kariko.

 

Family and friends are meeting for prayers and funeral arrangements at PEFA House Nairobi, His home in Ihwagi Karatina and John’s residence in Georgia U.S.A.

 

Requirem Service will be held at PEFA Donholm Church on Friday 20th July 2012 from 12.00 noon. The body leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary on 21st July 2012 at 8.00a.m for his home in Ihwagi (Gathahu) Karatina where he will be laid to rest.

 

Blessed in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints………….. It’s well with my soul.

Bishop had a tireless servant's heart, never waining in his commitment to serve the King of kings and Lord of lords, touching hearts on several continents. The churches of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, USA send our love to 1st Lady Pastor Margeret, the family,  and to the churches born from the labors of this man of God!
